Info: Photoshop 5.5. Neon Dragon's TimeScapes characters, Jenna and Raigi. Done and entered in the June Monthly Anime Gaijin contest. I had a lot of fun with this picture--look at all the layers! I think I did a half-way decent job drawing in the anime style this time. I was going for movie poster, but I didn't have enough time to add more characters. Oh well. I still think its not too shabby (I even got two creativity votes for it!).
